How do we package and ship our products?
All our products are packaged 100% single use plastic free. Our bottles are glass, our containers are returnable and our labels are compostable and recyclable. Our shipping materials are upcycled or 100% post-consumer box with recycled paper wrapping and paper tape. You can recycle or compost all of our shipping materials. .
How long does it take for me to get my order?
Orders are shipped weekly on Thursdays, unless they are purchased through a pre-order offer. You should receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment. Shipping time depends on the shipping method chosen by you, but usually ranges from 4-7 business days. Please email us if you did not receive a shipping number within 5 business days of placing your order. We now have a 3-day guaranteed shipping option available. Please note that that option expedites de shipping time, but not the fulfillment time.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Tracking number is provided once your order is shipped to keep you up to date on the progress of shipment.
Due to the size of our business we are unable to accept returns at this moment. However, if you have any issues with your product, please email us at hello@circularbodies.com and we will figure something out on a case-by-case basis.
We are not able to process a cancellation once an order is placed and payment is received.
All orders over $85 that are being shipped to an address within the continental US (excluding Alaska and Hawaii) qualify for free, carbon neutral shipping. All our U.S. orders are Carbon Neutral.
You can purchase any of our products for a discounted price when signing up for a subscription. Your first order gets 15% OFF and all following orders get a 10% OFF discount. You can select how often you would like to have the product shipped to you and you can cancel your subscription at any time before the next subscription order is processed.
How do I cancel or modify a subscription? If you need to cancel or skip your subscription, please log into your account by clicking on the "person" icon on the top right corner menu of our website. If you have not created an account, please use the email you entered to place an order when creating an account. Once you confirm yout email and choose a password, you will be directed to your subscription platform where you are able to modify, skip or cancel your subscription. If you choose to cancel,cancellation will be processed automatically.
You can subscribe to our box at any time to receive it monthly. You can also buy it only once without a subscription. There are two exclusive products that come with every Zero Waste Kit. When you are part of our subscription you can also order any additional product from our store with a 10% discount to be delivered with your monthly order. You can cancel your subscription anytime before the 1st of the month. You box will be delivered between the 3rd and 4th week of the month.

Do you send gifts or custom orders?
If you want to add a gift note to your purchase, add it to the "comments" section of your order with title "Gift Note" and we will send a hand written note with your order. We also have digital gift cards available!
To talk to us about a custom order, please email us. We are happy to customize products to meet your needs and create product kits for weddings, parties and events.
If you want to collaborate with us please email us with your ideas, suggestions or requests! We love working with community in exciting projects. Some of the projects we work on are: Custom made Body Bars for your store, personal celebration, or wedding; brand collaborations with educators, influencers and artists, and birthday boxes.
We welcome interns on a summer or semester basis. Our interns work hands on and create exciting projects within their interest areas! Please email us and we will reach back to you if we have any openings.
DISCOUNTS
When you sign up for our newsletter you will receive a one time discount code of 10% for your first order. Please note that this discount code applies to all of our products except workshops and subscriptions. You may use this code once. You should receive it via email.
Unlike other brands, we choose to discourage discount culture. Why? We consciously chose to create a business structure where our margins are smaller so that you can *always* get the best price. Our ingredients are high quality and our prices are as affordable as we can make them. Our prices are often cheaper than other skincare brands because we value offering accessible, organic and handmade products to people like you. We can only keep our very awesome prices by running less sales. We hope you join us in this philosophy, which we created to benefit our communities (that's you! :)).
